Terms & Conditions
Price and Ordering
The price payable for Products are set out on the Company Website, other Online Sales Channels, on various Social Media Platforms and in the Showroom. Certain products may be displayed as + OTR (on the road) and will reflect additional charges that may be incurred by the Company to permit your motorcycle for use on the road (such as Road Tax, Number Plates etc). These additional costs will be made known to you at the time of your order and before you commit to any payment.
Prices may change without notice but will be confirmed at the time the Customer places their order.
All prices will be displayed and transactions will take place in £GB Sterling.
Any order received from a Customer is not confirmed as binding until full payment has been received and transacted as cleared funds by the Company.
Any deposit taken to reserve a product is typically deemed as non refundable unless specifically agreed in writing with you before the order is taken. This deposit shall only reserve the product for a period of 7 days before full payment is required.
This clause does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw any Product from sale and where relevant and/or cancel any existing order without notice or reason.
The Company have included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing, where the Company has inadvertently under-priced or over-priced goods, or the Company are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason.
Where the Company cancels an order, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs. The Company reserves the right to repossess Products in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.
For all Products paid for at point of order, in the event that Products have to be backordered or are not available, the Customer will be given the option to cancel their order. If the Customer cancels the order they will be refunded the product cost paid.
The Company accepts the following methods of payment:
Bank Transfer (BACS)
Debit Cards
Credit Cards (fees may be applicable)*
Approved Finance Arrangements
* Where the Company incurs a processing fees from the card company, this may be requested from the Customer where it transaction is for a high value. (i.e. Motorcycles) You will not typically be asked to refund processing fees for consumables (i.e. Clothing, Parts etc)
Products specifically ordered or sourced on behalf of a Customer will require full or partial payment in advance which may be non-refundable if the customer subsequnelty cancels or alters the order.
These Products will only be held for 7 days on receipt for customer collection.
Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the Product being returned to the supplier or offered for general sale.
Delivery and Title
Where a delivery has been offered to the customer, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for delivery on the agreed date.
We reserve the right to use approved 3rd party delivery companies
If the Customer fails to receive the Product on the quoted delivery date and the product is returned to the Company, then the Company reserves the right to charge further for redelivery or if cancelled, then recover any delivery costs before refunding the price of the Product.
Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs.
The Company reserves the right to repossess goods in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.
Back Orders
If a Product the Customer has ordered is not in stock, the Company will back order the goods for the Customer and quote an estimated delivery date.
The Customer will always be emailed with the option to cancel their order if they do not accept the new delivery date and a refund offered.
This will not affect your rights under the Sale of Good Act 2015
Guarantees and Warranties
The Company guarantees the Customer's satisfaction.
All Products and Services offered to the Customer are covered by this guarantee.
Where the Customer has purchased a Used Motorcycle, then the Company will typically include a 30-day or 3,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs sooner, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale. Any Products deemed "Sold as Seen" will be clearly identified to you in writing at the time of order.
Should you wish to make a claim under the terms of this warranty, then the Company reserves the right to inspect and repair any fault in the first instance. Please note, that the Customer MUST NOT, undertake their own repairs or instruct any other party to carry out repairs unless specifically agreed in writing by the Company prior to work commencing.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer will be responsible for returning the Product to the Company for warranty inspection.
Warranty claims may be void where modifications have been made to the Product, servicing requirements have not been followed or where
any the fault is caused by misuse, accident or neglect. The Company shall not be liable for issues caused by natural wear and tear.
Typically on New Motorcycle, a manufacturers' warranty will supersede the Company warranty.
This will not affect your rights under the Sale of Good Act 2015
Liability
Customers should inspect Products immediately upon delivery or collection and report any damage or defect within 24 hours.
Any Products returned to the Company will be inspected and, where a defect is confirmed, the Company will offer a suitable repair or replacement to delivery complete remedy to the warranty issue.
Where no defect is identified following inspection, the Product may be returned to the Customer and the Customer may be responsible for transport and/or inspection costs.
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct/indirect or consequential losses, including but not exclusively, loss of profits or any additional costs.
However, nothing in these terms shall exclude Company liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation which has been caused or deemed as caused by the Company through any legal ruling.
Privacy Policy
The Company does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than where enquiry or order details are processed as part of an enquiry from the Customer or during order fulfilment.
In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Force Majeure
The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the Products supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.
General
The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
